We've seen Olivia Palermo's penchant for Giambattista Valli designs play out in front rows and at parties, so it was no surprise to see the style pro stepping out to celebrate the designer's Macy’s Impulse collection launch. Showing off the new line, Olivia opted for a velvet strapless LBD then added a military-inspired blazer. True to form, her accessories are all high impact; she mixes a gold belt, a glittery Miu Miu bag, and — our favorite — metallic brogues for an eclectic finish.

Kristin Cavallari is back in the arms of her quarterback ex-fiancé, Jay Cutler, but are they truly meant to be?
KCav cheered for her guy as his team, the Chicago Bears, hosted and beat the Minnesota Vikings on Oct. 16, two days after the couple snuggled at Windy City hotspot Public House.
And an insider tells Star that Kristin, 24, still sees a wedding in their future, even though Jay, 28, broke off their engagement in July. He popped the question in April, just seven months into their romance, “and Kristin believes they simply moved too fast before. But she’s convinced he’s The One,” says the insider.
Kristin’s friends aren’t so sure. “They used to scream at each other after boozy nights out — so loud they’d wake neighbors in his building — and he can be a jerk,” says another source. “She can do better.”
