Heidi Pratt, who recently bared her body for September's Playboy cover, wasn't about to go on a super low-calorie diet to get camera-ready. "Heidi has a really healthy appetite and there's no way she is going to deprive herself," says her trainer Chad Waterbury, who is developing a dowloadable fitness series, The Heidi Workout, with the Hills star. "I had her eat till she was full – she just only ate certain foods." On the list? Lean meats like chicken, salmon and grass-fed beef for protein, green vegetables and plenty of berries and apples. Now, says Waterbury, "Heidi loves showing off her body!"
