Will Jay Lyon be returning to 'The City'?

Jay tweeted 5 hours ago: "mm rumors always float around for everyone who wants to know if you will see me on the city you must watch and see im sure you will!!"

I'm not a big Jay fan so if we do see him I hope it's just to tie up his storyline.
