Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker, Zachary Loring, who was arrested for violating a restraining order by going to Patridge's home, will face a competency hearing to determine if he is legally sane to stand trial.
Loring, who is currently still in custody, appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday to be formally arraigned, when it was decided that criminal proceedings against Loring will be temporarily suspended, pending his competency hearing on April 13th.
Loring was arrested on February 19th after going to Patridge's home and pounding on her front door. Patridge was reportedly home at the time. Patridge sought the restraining order against Loring last year after he would repeatedly show up at her house leaving notes and poems for the The Hills star.
Audrina Patridge wasn't in court this morning for the proceedings.
