Whit, wearing a colorful patterned skirt by Hoffman said of the designer, "Her prints are always so fun, and I think she has a really great use of color."
On Wednesday, Port will stage the first ever solo show at Lincoln Center for her line, Whitney Eve.
"It's sort of space-age feminine," she said of her new collection, explaining that she was inspired by looking at shapes through her grandparents' kaleidoscope.
