The Hills Kristin Cavallari had some explaining to do after leaving her car parked in a no-stopping zone on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood Monday, as the reality TV beauty emerged from lunch to find her BMW rigged up on a tow truck, ready to be hauled away.
The gorgeous blonde, clad in skintight workout pants, had some words with the officer, who let her have her car back and wrote her a ticket for the infraction.
