The D.A. will not file charges against Brody Jenner, Jayde Nicole or Joe Francis from the alleged fight that occurred between the three, TMZ reports. The report stated that the D.A. supports Joe’s claims that the surveillance video shows that Jayde “appears to have acted without immediate provocation.”
The D.A. concluded that “the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects.”
However, this story isn’t over yet. The civil suits filed by all three are still ongoing.
