Heidi Montag Pratt makes People Magazines's Worst Dressed List

It's one of our favorite times of year! People's Best and Worst Dressed list has come out. And we think you'll be surprised by some of the people on it. We love that Vanessa Hudgens made the cut. Oh, and Robert Pattinson is on there too. Though we do think he looks a bit better undressed!
Kate Winslet won for Best Dressed on the Red Carpet, which is said to be the biggest honor in the list of People's best dressed. According to People's Style Editor Clarissa Cruz, "She was all over the awards circuit, and she got it right every time. She wore Narcisco Rodriguez, she wore Yves Saint Laurent, and she just looked appropriate and glamorous."
Other female winners include Reese Witherspoon for Best Short Dreses, Taylor Swift for Best Sparkle, Nicole Richie for Best Maternity, Beyonce for Best Street Chic, Freida Pinto for Best Use of Color, Cameron Diaz for Best Jeans, and Kim Kardashian for Best Bikinis.
And who made Worst Dressed list (which is sometimes just as fun!) Heidi Montag! Although to be fair, I'm not sure she wore enough clothes this year to even be in the running ;) Jessica Simpson, Paula Abdul, Kate Gosselin and Renee Zellweger rounded out the list.

Arrest Made in Audrina Patridge and Lindsay Lohan Burglaries

The culprit caught on security videos in both Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge's home burglaries has been arrested, Los Angeles police announced.
Nicholas Prugo, 18, was arrested Thursday morning in connection with the two break-ins. He was charged with felony burglary and is being held on $20,000 bail, police records show.
Lohan's Hollywood Hills home was burglarized last month by a young man and woman in which a safe was ripped out of the wall, and bags, shoes and jewelry were stolen.
In February, the apparent same pair broke into Patridge's Los Angeles home and was caught on tape making off with several bags of her possessions.
So far, police have only confirmed the arrest of Prugo. "As of now we just have this one person in custody, and the investigation is ongoing," says LAPD spokeswoman Karen Rayner.

Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port at 'VH1 Divas' 9/17

They've both moved on from their former roles on "The Hills," but Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port were back together side-by-side in New York City on Thursday night to film VH1 Divas.(September 17).
Former "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul boogied through the audience during the "VH1Divas" concert. Abdul sported Ellen DeGeneres' signature outfit--a blazer with trousers and sneakers--in a spoof during her hosting gig of the music special.
It was announced that DeGeneres will serve as the fourth judge on "Idol" in the show's upcoming season since Abdul decided not to return to the panel.
At the after-party, reality TV stars Whitney Port and Lauren Conrad commented on the skit. Port told ET, "That was so funny and she was so good. She was so right on about the dance moves." Conrad added, "I thought it was a cute way to bring up something that nobody else did."
