From the Hollywood Hills to Beverly Hills. Lauren Conrad is moving up in the World. She’s just forked out $1.35 million for a luxurious condo with a 90210 zip code.
According to TMZ...The former Hills star has just added a penthouse condo covering a massive 3,200 ft to her property portfolio. What do you get for that kind of money? 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and the use of an exclusive rooftop pool and outdoor deck. There’s also a full gym, indoor bar, marble bath and hardwood floors. And a super duper 24 hour security system.
On top of the $1.35 million price tag LC also has to shell out $2319 in homeowners fees too. But what’s that after the million dollar plus cost? Moving into this swanky neighbourhood has its perks but it also has a price. But the 26-year old is doing very well post TV so why not spoil herself…. she’s a fashion designer and best-selling author.
Miss Conrad is also quite the businesswoman. This isn’t her only pad. She also has a second house in Malibu thank you very much. So when the beautiful people and the hustle and bustle of Beverly Hills becomes all too much she can head down to the water and relax. She’s not just a pretty face she’s a businesswoman as well.

Any starlet worth their weight knows that Coachella is just as much of a fashion show as it is a festival.
Which is why the famous faces in attendance at a Lacoste pool party today made sure they dressed to impress.
Lauren Conrad looked darling in an asymmetric white sleeveless shirt and Free People Baja striped shorts.
While Lea Michele, 25, appeared to go for the sexy secretary look as she slipped on a white shirt dress that showed a flash of a red bikini top underneath.

Lauren Conrad is gearing up for the release of her LC Lauren Conrad spring/summer 2012 collection for Kohl's — and She Knows got the first look. The new pieces — including tops, bottoms, dresses and shoes — are more of what we expect from Conrad: Flirty, colorful pieces with plenty of California influence.
That's the main inspiration behind the line, Conrad said.
"I think that for the Kohl’s line we wanted a very California brand," she told People in 2009. "I see [the style] everywhere. I see it all over the country, and people are kind of catching on."
LC Lauren Conrad is just one of the reality star's many projects — she has her boutique line, Paper Crown, along with her website, several books and an upcoming beauty line. Why is she so successful? It's because she's true to what she loves.
"I like to dress girly," Conrad told SheKnows in 2011. "I really love that free flowing romantic look. I was also definitely more casual coming from a beach town. I had to have my flip flops torn away from me."

Kristin Cavallari might be one of the cutest pregnant women ever.
Wearing a little white dress, Kristin, 25, attended the Condé Nast Traveler Hot List Party at the Bel Air Hotel on Thursday night, and was absolutley glowing. Showing off her growing baby bump, Cavallari gushed to Celebuzz about staying in shape, wedding plans, and how she’s leaving Hollywood.
You look amazing! Are you enjoying your time being pregnant, or do you want it to be over already?
You know what, I really am loving it! It’s been a really easy pregnancy for me, I’m just extremely lucky and enjoying every moment.
You look incredibly fit despite the fact you’re eating for two. Jessica Simpson has faced a lot of criticism regarding her weight gain. Do you think people are being overly harsh towards her?
Yeah, I mean, it’s easy to sort of let yourself go and just really enjoy it. I am, but I’m also being healthy about it, I’m not just eating crap. You have to be careful what you’re putting in your mouth, because that’s the nutrients you’re giving your baby. You don’t want to just eat macaroni and cheese or whatever, so you just have to find a healthy balance. I mean, I’m definitely enjoying it, but I’m not going overboard. At the same time, you are pregnant so you might as well have fun and live it up! When else can you just let yourself go?
What specifically are you doing to stay in shape?
I’m switching it up between yoga and light weights. I’m also trying to walk a lot.
Have you had any weird cravings?
Not really, except the first couple months I was craving dairy.
How has Jay been handling everything?
He’s great, he’s so sweet and so excited. He’s been wanting kids forever, so he couldn’t be happier. He’s been great.
Last time we talked you said you weren’t in a rush to plan the wedding. Do you still feel that way?
Yeah, I mean we’re talking about it a little bit, but for the most part it’s still put on hold. Still not feeling rushed, or trying on dresses!
What about your living situation leading up the baby– are you really leaving Hollywood?
Pretty much! I’ll be in Chicago. I’m posting up shop there for the next few months. I’ll be back to LA a couple times, but that’s pretty much it.
