Inside the issue, the former star of The Hills opens up about what it means to prove herself in the fashion industry ("I like to be involved in every step"), her new book named Style (due out next month!), and her man, actor Kyle Howard ("I never critique Kyle's clothes unless he asks my opinion").

Lauren Conrad & Whitney Port: 2010 Best Summer Bodies

Lauren and Whitney both garned spots on Women's Health magazine's Best Summer Bodies of 2010 list.

Lauren:
For this designer and author, working out and eating right isn’t just about being in shape—it’s about upping her energy level too. With the help of trainer Jarett Del Bene, she gets trim and toned with high-intensity boxing and 60-minute circuit training sessions three days a week. She also sticks to six small, healthy meals throughout the day (limiting herself to 1,500 calories total) to help prevent snack attacks.
Eating small, healthy meals is Lauren’s approach to curbing her appetite (so smart!)

Whitney:
The star of The City hits the gym three times a week for a get-fit formula of squats, lunges, and circuit training. (The cardio part of the equation? A 25-minute walk to the gym…and a 25-minute walk back.) She stays away from fried foods, but keeps cool with one particularly sweet treat: frozen yogurt.

Kristin Cavallari Hits Nashville With New Beau Jay Cutler

As E! News first reported last week, Kristin Cavallari has sparked a romance with Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, with whom the former Hills honey went on a first date just last Monday night.
And now we've learned exclusively that the new couple spent Labor Day weekend in Nashville, Tennessee.
A source tells E! that L.A.-based Cavallari met up with the footballer in Chicago, where Cutler had a private jet waiting to fly them to Nashville. Cutler played college football for Vanderbilt University and still has a lot of close friends there.
The pair "had a great time," says a source.
Fans spotted the couple getting cozy Saturday at a downtown Nashville nightspot called Winners.
Cavallari must have had fun, judging by her Twitter, where she tweeted earlier today, "This has been one of the best weekends of my life. Yeehaw!"
