It's been 11 weeks since her life-changing plastic surgery but Heidi Montag is still very much healing.
"I'm very fragile," she tells PEOPLE. "I'm not in a great place right now."
The long road to recovery hasn't been an easy one but Montag, 23, with weekly massages, exercise and therapy, has been working hard at the process. Still, setbacks like a stressful trip back home to Crested Butte, Colo., to confront her mom, have pushed back her healing some.
"I was hysterical the whole time," she says of the trip. "It was so hurtful. My body really set back from recovering from all the crying, stress and that traumatic experience."
Says Montag: "My insides were just throbbing and pounding but I know it's part of what I had to go through."
Despite the pain, Montag is very sure of one thing: there are no regrets. "I'm thrilled," she says. "I'm the happiest I’ve ever been in my life."

Living it up in southern Florida, the stars of “The Hills” were out in full force in South Beach on Saturday night (February 6).
Out for the 2010 Maxim Party at The Raleigh, lovely ladies including Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt joined the MTV reality show’s fellas Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado at the annual pre-Super Bowl fete.
After the big party, Kristin, Stephanie and Lo were seen exiting the party looking a bit intoxicated as they walked around without any direction.
The girls jumped into a taxi cab before being told by their producers that they weren’t allowed to use taxis - then having to cross a construction site to reach their cars.

Freddie Fackelmayer Of MTV’s ‘The City’ May Be Showing The ‘Jersey Shore’ Crew Around The Hamptons Next Season!
Could a Jersey Shore/The City crossover be in the works?
By now, you’ve heard the rumors about Jersey Shore heading to the Hamptons for its recently-announced second season — but now HollywoodLife.com can exclusively tell you who may be playing tour guide to the spray-tanned gym rats. Hamptons party boy and Whitney Port’s former fling from The City, Freddie Fackelmayer, is reportedly being enlisted to give them a very special lesson in Hamptons class. And although MTV hasn’t hammered down any specific plans yet, we can promise you Freddie is definitely interested! “I’m thinking about dressing Snookie up in a big hat and garden dress this summer and taking her to a polo match in the hamptons,” we overheard Freddie saying at a recent event in New York. “It would be a bit like Pretty Woman. Perhaps that’s stretching it a bit.”
It wouldn’t be completely crazy, as Jersey Shore and The City are two of MTV’s hottest shows. What do you think of a potential crossover? Too ridiculous, or too perfect?

I vote ridiculous. How can the cast be themselves if they're put somewhere completely out of their element. All wrong!

Holly showed off her tattoo at the playboy super saturday night party in Miami. Partially visible, it would seem that the tattoo is a Gaelic proverb that reads in full, "Cha bhi fios aire math an tobair gus an traigh e," which translates to, "The value of the well is not known until it goes dry."
Holly was also interviwed at the party by radar online. The Hills star was quizzed about sister Heidi’s addiction to plastic surgery.
“I am the antithesis of Heidi,” said a glamorous looking Holly.
“I have had no surgery. I came out as my white, boring self. this is me!”

I think she looks good. It's funny these photos remind me of season 1 Heidi.

Love these! Now I'm super excited for new episodes : )
It's great seeing everyone hanging out and (seemingly) getting along well. That's what was missing for me last season - all the friendships.
