VIDEO: Audrina Patridge: DWTS Quick Step Performance

Audrina Patridge and partner Tony Dovolani danced a busy quickstep to "Love Machine" by Girls Aloud. Carrie Ann Inaba smiled, "I thought it was a fantastic performance -- huge improvement from last week." She gave them an 8. Bruno roared, "The show pony is turning into Secretariat. … What a promising performance from you." He gave them a 7. And Len raved, "That was the best dance so far tonight." With his 8, the couple scored a total of 23 out of 30 -- and Tony lost his bet that if they didn't get three eights, he'd wax his legs!

Go Audrina! I thought she did such a great job! If you havent voted yet please call/text 1-800-868-3401 or click here to vote at ABC

Audrina Patridge: I Will Dance the Quickstep Despite a Catching Cold

I am so sick right now! It's horrible. Last Monday night, my throat was really scratchy and I could barely swallow. It got worse Tuesday, and then Wednesday I lost my voice at rehearsal. Tony eventually made me go to the doctor, so I'm on medicine now. He's also been making me take liquid vitamin shots every few hours. That's helped boost my energy a little. So I'm not better, but I'm not getting worse.
It's just a head cold, but right now my body's kind of weak because it's fighting the sickness. It's been hard this week! I just hope that I feel better by Monday night so I give it my all.
We're doing the quickstep, and it requires a ton of energy. I haven't been sick in over a year! I can't believe I'm sick the week Tony and I are dancing to the quickstep. We'll be performing to "Love Machine" by Girls Aloud. Tony and I are going to push the limits with the quickstep. We're going to be all over the dance floor like a show pony!
The first show last week was really fun! I had a great time – even though it was so nerve-racking going first. The hardest thing for me was getting used to dancing with a live orchestra. It sounds very different from the CD we use for rehearsal. I was also surprised by how close the audience is to the dance floor. It's very intimate!
I thought the judges were kind of harsh on some people. I went up there expecting the worst comments and scores for myself, but I thought they ended up being okay to us. I thought Florence was amazing. She can really move and get into it. We were all surprised The Hoff was sent home first. That was a shocker! It just shows that anyone could go at any time. You never know! So I'm just going to do the best I can at every show because you never know when it might be your last.
Thank you so much for all the support and all the comments. Everything means so much, and it really motivates me to keep pushing harder. I don't want this week to be my last week. I want to make it to the end! So make sure to watch – and remember to vote!
Love, Audrina
