Whitney Port to Show Her Whitney Eve Line in the Tents at Fashion Week

Isn't it funny how last season Whitney Port was a lowly glorified intern at Diane Von Furstenberg, "working" backstage at Fashion Week, but this season she's staging her very own fashion show in the tents? Reality-TV stars — they grow up so fast. On September 10 at 2 p.m., she'll show her Whitney Eve collection back-to-back with Nicholas K and Mara Hoffman, who are all represented by public-relations firm People's Revolution, which is the subject of forthcoming Bravo reality show Kell on Earth and also Whitney's "employer" on The City. It's like a love triangle — nay, orgy — of realness! However, Whitney's fashion show probably won't be on The City, since those shows are about Whitney's real, non-famous life. With any luck, it will be on Kell on Earth, though Whitney's ironclad MTV contract may prevent her from appearing on Bravo, the greatest television network in history. So what this boils down to is that Whitney is "interning" for herself and employing her co-workers, while Kelly is working for her "intern." We're staring blankly at the air and trying to figure out what this all means (somewhere, Olivia Palermo is staring daggers at us). The bright lights of The City return to the airwaves on September 29.

Hopefully we'll get to see Lauren at Whitney's show. Whitney tweeted Lauren yesterday to ask her: "@laurenconrad are you coming to ny for fashion week? please say yes!" Lauren's reply: "@WhitneyEVE yes I'm there for a week! Can't wait to see youuuuuuu!"

Audrina Patridge talks Playboy and moving on from 'The Hills'

Audrina Patridge is leaving 'The Hills'.
"I'm graduating," she told me with a laugh this weekend while promoting her new horror movie, Sorority Row. "I'm moving on. At times, I feel like I'm in high school, but I didn't even go through this stuff in high school."
Patridge, 24, will start shooting her own reality show for MTV as soon as they wrap on The Hills.
Sadly, Patridge won't be showing off any fancy footwork in the new season of Dancing With The Stars...
As I was the first to tell you, MTV blocked her from competing. "I love dancing," Patridge said. "I've grown up dancing. But I've never danced with a partner. It would be like Dirty Dancing."
Guess no DWTS means more time to concentrate on her acting career. "My dream is to be in feature films but I'd love to be on a scripted TV series, too," Patridge said. "A comedy would be fun."
Not so fun? Stripping for the cameras. Patridge revealed that Playboy has come calling. "But," she said, "it's not something I want to do right now."

Audrina Patridge Calls Heidi's Singing Career 'Disappointing'

She may be all for supporting her friends on The Hills, but when it comes to cheering on the budding musical career of Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge isn't exactly her costar's No. 1 fan.
"I feel like Heidi, you know, she's doing it for fun, where a lot of singers and people, they work their ass off, and they actually have amazing voices and they can really sing and perform, and I feel like a lot of people don't get to experience what Heidi has, going on in front of a billion people and perform on TV," Patridge told PEOPLE while promoting her new movie Sorority Row over the weekend. "I just don't think she's taking it that serious, and that's what's kind of disappointing for me, for music lovers out there."
But the 24-year-old beauty – who says Montag's Miss Universe performance was "very Britney Spears-like" – has plenty of positive opinions about her own foray away from reality TV and into acting for the silver screen.
"On the movie, I went to my acting coach twice a week and I memorized all the lines," she says of appearing with Rumer Willis in the slasher flick Sorority Row. "On The Hills, you show up for an hour and say what you want then leave."
Of course, embracing the Hollywood life also means having to deal with some fairly outlandish rumors about herself.
"[They say] that I was pregnant. Another one, that I got a nose job, that I got a chin job, cheek implants, I mean my whole face," she says of false reports about herself. "You know sometimes, when they stick a video camera in your face and they try to provoke you with questions that are just really … sometimes I get like, 'What are you talking about?' But I'm very lighthearted and I just try not to take things too serious."
And it helps that Patridge is dating mellow Australian BMX rider Corey Bohan.
"It's so refreshing to be around him because he's so just laid-back and stress-free all the time," she says.
But you may get to see that chemistry for yourself on her own new reality show, which begins filming at the end of the year.
"My boyfriend may be in it. We don't start filming until the end of this year and next year, but it's just about my life and just every aspect," she says. "My family will be in it, my close friends, going to auditions, and the Hollywood life. It's not as glamorous as it looks."
