Kristin Cavallari Defends Gisele Bundchen
Looks like Kristin Cavallari is taking her pre-natal nutrition very seriously. The 25-year-old former Laguna Beach and The Hills star is still in the early stages of her pregnancy – when we found her she was buying food at West Hollywood’s Erewhon Natural Food Market.
KCav also took time out to step up and defend Gisele Bundchen, who came under fire for comments made after her husband Tom Brady lost the Super Bowl.
Kristin tweeted, "Kind of loving how Gisele stuck up for her man."
After getting a bit of heat for her comment Kristin clarified "I agree its not cool to throw teammates under the bus..I was simply saying it's cute she had her mans back. Not at the teams expense though."
Audrina Patridge Works Out in South Bay
Audrina Patridge went for a run yesterday in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
Drina flaunted her tanned and tone abs in brightly coloured orange, black and purple Puma workout gear as she made her way to the beach, where she took a few moments to stretch and gaze out at the ocean.
Audrina's trainer, Jarrett DelBene, shared his tricks for keeping the reality star fit with Shape magazine.
Two or three times a week, the 26-year old works up a sweat with a routine Jarett dubs “body box”: “We alternate rounds of boxing combinations that include punches and kicks with circuits of body weight–only strength moves,” he says. “It’s high intensity, so you burn lots of calories while you’re firming up. And because the exercises don’t use any gear, Patridge can stick to them whether she’s on the road or at home.”
One person who appreciates the rewards of Patridge's hard work is BMX biker beau Corey Bohan.
Corey tweeted yesterday: "@AudrinaPatridge Can't wait to see what u got planned for me. V-day is such a special day for woman to spoil their man. Hahahaha"

Lauren Conrad Heads Back to LA
Lauren Conrad had a Starbucks in hand as she landed at LAX last night. She returned home after taking off on a trip to NY last week.
It's usually a busy time of year for the reality star turned designer since NY Fashion Week kicks off tomorrow, but she won't be showing her line on the runway this year. Instead, LC is putting the finishing touches on her sequel to Lauren Conrad Beauty and she's also gearing up for her Fame Game book tour which begins on April 3rd in NYC.
