The stars have begun to descend upon the red carpet for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. While Lo is not up for any awards, she gets our prize for Most Punctual. She’s was literally the second celeb to walk the red carpet following entertainment reporter Maria Menounos.

ReplyDeleteI hate to say this but she does look horrible. Not just the dress, but her face, eyes, everything. She looks like she hasn't slept in days and spent the whole day crying...wonder what's wrong?
