Taking care of some promotional duties, Whitney Port was spotted stopping by ABC Studios in New York City for an appearance on “Live with Regis and Kelly” today (September 24).
The “City” cutie looked to be in good spirits as she hopped into her chauffeured car, sporting a merlot-colored blouse with a grey printed skirt and matching heels.
