Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado met up with Kim Kardashian (Brody's stepsister,) Reggie Bush, and a few other friends at Nobu on 1/5.
Tweeting about the outing, Kim wrote to her fans and followers, “We played credit card roulette at dinner @BrodyJenner got his card pulled! Thanks 4 dinner Brody! Xoxo!”
Apparently Brody brought a blind date to the dinner as well! he tweeted earlier in the night: "frankiedelgado is setting me up on a blind date tonight hahaha classic.. She better be hot or else Frankie is walking home!"

My $.02? Honestly, I still don't believe he's broken up with Jayde. Brody has always claimed to be a low key drama free guy so this whole twittering about the breakup and the subsequent date seems very unlike him ..but hey maybe it's just me ;)
What do you guys think?
Hmmm on one hand, yes, he does always claim to be drama free yet if you watch closely, he instigates some things...and still participates in some of the drama. After all, he's still on tv and he knows what makes good tv. But I'm also suspicious of their "breakup"...it was conveniently timed and neither seem too broken up about it.
ReplyDeleteIf he starts dating Kristen next season of "the hills" then you know it was all fake. I could see Brody playing along the fake breakup, but i dont think Jayde would.
ReplyDeleteI too think they are still together. All of the tweets are designed to make us think something, without saying anything at all. Also I think any drama Brody partipates in is for the show only.
ReplyDeleteHe's always been pretty private, so I don't think he'd be tweeting about dating so soon after a breakup. It makes him look like an ultimate insensitive dick too. And he's always been bothered by people who think they know him, from the show, or just on judgements people make from gossip. Even Jayde was wary of him but she took the time to really get to know him. I also would have thought the same way as Jayde, (this guy just wants to try to screw playmates, big time player, etc) but you grow and learn. Or some people do.
On another site the writer and some of her readers have Brody off and married to this Whitney girl, who they've decided is a much better PERSON than Jayde. All from looking at a picture.
If Jayde is still on the show, it's all been a fake out. Why would they have someone who wasn't in Brody's life anymore? It's not like they dated years ago like Kristen. I hope they play it like Brody realises his mistake and tries to get Jayde back. Just the reaction from the people who have believed and built on any negative thing, (which in their eyes is everything) the crazy Jayde haters. Jhayters. I

ReplyDeleteRe the Brody/Jayde breakup i've been suspicious from day one but man i don't know what to think anymore- judging from the tweets either they are playing it up big time to try and convince everyone or they are broken up but still clearly playing games with each other... I mean the amount of times they have followed/unfollowed each other on twitter and myspace since the breakup and then that twitter blind date thing the other night- if they are broken up then Brody was clearly trying to get a reaction from Jayde without question and ive seen a couple of tweets where Jayde seems to be doing the same thing.
But yeah the timing is definitely too coincidental and if Brody suposedly had feelings for Kristen in Hills finale and he has broken up with Jayde then why havnt we seen him hanging with her IRL since?! Oh & i saw an MTV interview from when he was in Australia where he said the next season would be full of relationship drama stirred by KCav, how the hell would he know that if it hasnt been taped unless it's been prescripted... Ah well, time will tell. I wonder though, if it is a fake breakup will we see Brody and Jayde make their way back to each other by end of season? Aaaah hope so, i luv em =)
7:06 - yes she has a contract but that doesn't mean they have to show her much at all. Look at poor Lo, she filmed all of this stuff at Smashbox and we didn't see any of it. She's got a great personality and they are wasting it by deeming her "the ask question girl"
ReplyDeleteAs for the twitter following off/on, I'm not a user, but I hear of people losing followers and other glitches. But yeah, I think it for drama.
9:54 - It boggles my mind how many people still don't fully understand what's happened with the show. Ppl believe Kristen & JB were/are dating, but you never see them together off the show. And Kristen has had to hide her boyfriend Scott. And Lauren's private dating life was not on the show. She had fake dates for filming. So it wouldn't be a surprise if they have to hide their relationship too. And I'm sure Jayde got in tons of crap when she revealed that she wasn't on the finale because MTV wants ppl to believe they're not together. But they went to Hawaii for a week, and then Brody went to Australia to promote Season 5 of the Hills, so it's like when/how did they break up? Over the phone? And then the biggest clue is on MTV's website with their story titled "Are Brody and Jayde done for good?" Love the question mark, major tip off. And because Jayde's hometown is not far from mine, I looked into who she was (if she was representing Canadians well) and I've really come to like what I know about her. Not only that, but impressed by how close and supportive the girls are of other Playmates. And the PMOY07, Sara, a friend of Jayde's is such a funny, clever, sweet person, and smart as hell. I would read tweets between her and her boyfriend (Jeff Dye, a comedian, was on Last Comic Standing) and they were so funny and sweet (until someone hacked jeff's acct so they're both off). I never had judgements about Playboy before, but I wonder if that's why ppl hate on Jayde so much. Or if it's their fantasy that Brody belongs with Lauren(???). If I remind them that Lauren has a boyfriend and is happy, and that was a long time ago, some people get so pissed off. Or I must be Jayde, love getting that one. Shit I'm writing a book. So happy to have found a place with reasonable nice people!
I have read on a few sites that the real reason Jayde and Brody broke up is that Jayde found out Brody was cheating and when she confronted him while he was in Australia, he freaked and dumped her via text message. If that is true then he REALLY is a first class jerk! I read too that Jayde is in the Bahamas right now partying with Adrian Grenier from Entourage and Joe Cada. I hope that means shes done with Cheatin Brody!
ReplyDeleteJayde and Brody are NOT together. Jayde has been in the Bahamas playing poker for charity and hanging with some serious cuties! Brody has been out with his longtime girlfriend Frankie. And I hope these new girls brody is with dont mind being dumped by cell phone because I have read that is what he did to Jayde too. Brody really knows how to lower that jerk bar!
