Just as the filming of MTV's reality series The Hills is coming to an end, cast member Lo Bosworth misses her trip to Costa Rica with her castmates -- for tonsil surgery!A rep for Lo confirms to Life & Style that the star had to schedule her tonsillectomy in LA, resulting in her absence from the trip.
An insider tells Life & Style that the trip was planned for the whole cast of The Hills (minus Heidi and Spencer) to film final scenes for the show.
With episode five of the season airing tomorrow night, The Hills has seven more episodes to go until the series finale.
