Audrina Makes Fitness Magazine's 'Best Celebrity Bodies of 2010' List

FITNESS magazine is all about looking good and feeling better. To wrap up the year, we picked our favorite celeb bodies and broke our faves down into categories that include everything from "Best Celeb Slim Down" to "Best Baby Bump." Check out all the results below.
Best Celebrity Slim Down
It's a tie between Jennifer Hudson, who went from a size 16 to a size 6, and Kelly Osbourne who dropped 50 pounds and six dress sizes.
Cutest Workout Pair: Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth
Witherspoon and her boyfriend Jim Toth have been photographed jogging together. Witherspoon trains with fitness expert Michael George, who encourages strength training, working multiple muscle groups at once.
Best Baby Bump: Melissa Rycroft
The Dancing with the Stars and Bachelor alum is expecting her first child (a daughter) in February 2011. She's been "eating clean" and staying as active as possible throughout her pregnancy.
Best Body After Baby: Bethenny Frankel
She lost an astonishing 29 pounds in 21 days after giving birth to her daughter this year. "I do the elliptical once or twice a week, my Body by Bethenny yoga DVD two to three times a week, and I walk whenever I can," she says.
Best Age-Defiers:
It's a tie between Courteney Cox, 46, who stays fit with the Tracey Anderson Method, a combination of dance aerobics and toning, and Kathy Griffin, 50, who has been showing off her "bangin' bikini bod" this year, thanks to working out six days a week.
Best Bridal Body: Carrie Underwood
The vegetarian, 27, ramped up her workouts pre-wedding with trainer Tony Greco, who prescribed a balance of cardio and strength training.
Best Bride-to-Be: Kate Middleton
Prince William's fiancee skis, rows, and works out at the gym for an hour a day to stay slim.
Best Curves: Christina Hendricks
The 35-year-old actress is a fan of the BOSU ball, and she does treadmill and weight workouts. She also eats foods such as avocado and olive oil, regardless of the calories.
Hottest Morning Show Host
It's a tie between Kelly Ripa, who does five-times-a-week workouts at Physique 57 which she says "work my glutes, abs, and my obliques." And Elizabeth Hasselbeck who stays in shape with a routine of cardio, core work, and weight training every other day. Hasselbeck focuses on her health instead of her weight, and she works with a nutritionist to prepare her diet plans since she has celiac disease.
Best Dancer's Body: Karina Smirnoff
The tight and toned dancer, 32, owes her hot body to mixing things up in the gym. Smirnoff loves Pilates, Gyrotonics, and running on the treadmill.
Best Reality Starlet: Audrina Patridge
She feels more toned and defined since her stint on Dancing with the Stars. "I've maintained my weight, but I'm really into sculpting my muscles now," says Patridge. She enjoys boxing and anything else that gets her endorphins going.
Best Mom Abs: Kate Gosselin
The mom of eight started running daily. She believes she has a better body now at 35 than when she did when she was in her teens and twenties. Rain or shine, she hits the same trail for 30 to 45 minutes a day, and she sticks to a strict all-organic diet.
Best Moves: Lady Gaga
The pop sensation keeps in concert-ready shape with the help of trainer Harley Pasternak, who puts her through the paces with intense 25-minute strength and cardio routines. She keeps her abs toned with lots of crunches.

I liked most of the list but where was Jennifer Aniston? And am I the only one who cringes looking at Kelly Ripa in a bikini? I find her scary thin. Audrina on the other hand, is great inspiration. I'm working for her abs.

  1. Agree on Kelly Ripa. She looks like a walking skeleton.

  2. I’m a big fan of Kelly’s and have noticed her weight loss ever since she started LIVE! Now that she has really gotten into exercise it looks like she might be addicted to the “high” some people get from it. It does look extreme and it is alarming to see that she is smaller than her 12 year.

  3. I watch LIVE and she talks about weight and looks frequently. She will joke that a pregnant celeb guest looks smaller than her or that she wishes she looked as good as some other celebrity. I actually find it uncomfortable to listen to as she is very small and yet seems to not find herself to be small enough. Why does Hollywood think being a stick figure is attractive?

  4. I am so glad to see that I am not alone on my thoughts about Kelly Ripa. I agree about it being an addiction. I cringe every time a guest mentions how good or fit she looks. I think that her stress fracture that is going to keep her from exercising for 5 weeks is a blessing.

I also don't like seeing Kate Gosselin on the list and would much rather seem someone with a more natural body, and a much nicer personality. I have another cringe-worthy moment whenever she gets more publicity.

  5. Totally agree everone! Kelly Ripa is so unhealthy-looking that there is NO way that she is okay. Whether it’s mental, physical or a combination thereof, if this is what the “industry” does to a woman, then that’s sad beyond words. You can’t BUY your health and, once it’s gone, what then? I’ve seen her at a healthy weight on AMC and and she looked fabulous. This is a SYMPTOM of a much bigger problem.

And blech re Kate Gosselin. Hasn't she had 2 tummy tucks?
