When it comes to the father department I got pretty lucky. I simply couldn't have asked for a kinder, more involved father than good old Jim Conrad. Whether it was Indian Princesses, weekend fishing trips or coaching my soccer teams, my Dad has been there every step of the way. He has always encouraged me to follow my dreams and given me advice when I needed it. So Happy Father's Day to my Daddy and all the wonderful fathers out there!

And this last one is a print my Dad and I made in 1991... 20 years ago! I feel old now haha...

Heidi Montag: "I've been working out really hard"

Before she slipped back into a bikini for Saturday's party at Las Vegas' Wet Republic -- the last time she was photographed in a two-piece was April 2010 -- Heidi Montag spent some serious time in the gym.
"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape," she told Us Weekly. "And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."
At her heaviest, the 5'2" reality star claimed she weighed 130 pounds; she's currently back down to 103. How did the Hills alum lose 27 pounds so quickly?
"I've been running a lot, and I've been doing weights," she said. "When you work out, you boost your metabolism, so you have to [make sure you eat enough]."
Montag -- who listed pie and fried chicken as her weaknesses -- said she's been noshing on apples, cherries and salads to slim down. After famously undergoing 10 cosmetic surgeries in late 2009, Montag added that decided to take a year off from the gym.
"My breasts, because they're so big, really needed some time," she explained. "So I'm just starting to work out again after my surgery. Sometimes I get shooting pains, but I hear that's normal."

Brody Jenner & Avril Lavigne: Loved Up in Toronto

The 26-year-old Canadian singer and her 27-year-old boyfriend are in town to attend the 2011 MuchMusic Awards, where Avril will be performing!
Avril’s nominated in two categories: International Video of the Year by a Canadian (for “What the Hell”) and UR Fav: Artist.
“Performing at the #MMVA’s Sunday and for those in Toronto MuchMusic have a pair of wristbands to give away. RT this to win. Got to be 14+ xo” Avril tweeted, asking her fans to retweet for a free goody!
Later in the day, Avril wrote on Twitter that she was so happy to be in her homeland!
“I love coming home and seeing my family… Makes me so happy! So important to stay true to your roots.”

Heidi Montag: Wet Republic Hostess

Heidi Montag hosted at Wet Republic at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Saturday, June 18, 2011.
Joining Heidi in Vegas was ever present hubby Spencer Pratt and “runaway bride” Crystal Harris who broke off her engagement with Hugh Hefner 5 days before they were to walk down the aisle. Today would have been their wedding day.
Crystal said she was invited by Montag and also added that she was not being paid for her appearance. She told Vegas Confidential most of what’s being reported is “all rumors.” Asked to respond to tweets by Holly Madison, who called Harris’ Vegas trip “a new low,” Harris took the high road, saying “If anyone knows what a breakup with Hef is like, she would.”

Kristin Cavallari Gets Her Body Wedding Ready

Looks like the wedding prep has started! Bride-to-be Kristin Cavallari keeps her enviable figure in shape Wednesday during a kickboxing lesson in L.A.
She's used to photographers snapping her picture, often in a bikini on the beaches of California. But for her wedding next spring to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari really wants to wow people.
"I'll probably keep up my regular gym routine for the coming months ... until spring. And then probably two months before [the wedding] I'll go at it harder," says the former Hills star, 24.
But it's not just the gym that will get Cavallari wedding ready. She plans on modifying her diet, too.
"If I eat really healthy, then I'll probably cut out alcohol for a month or two before my wedding," says Cavallari, who as it is generally sticks to fruit, vegetables and fish or chicken, with very little processed food.
Since dating Cutler, Cavallari says she's grown much more confident with herself: "He makes me comfortable. I've dated other guys, and I've felt like I'm not skinny enough. But with Jay, I've always felt really comfortable in my skin."
Still, the bride-to-be isn't getting ahead of herself – and tried on wedding dresses. "All I know is, strapless," she says. "That's as far as I've gotten!"

Whitney Port Rocks a Mini Dress

Whitney Port may be adjusting to life on the singles circuit (she and Ben Nemtin recently split up), but she appeared bright and cheery at The Historic Hollywood Tower earlier this week. Wearing a multicolored mini dress (or, at least mini-looking on her) and a smile, the stylish starlet paired her artsy frock with a buttery camel leather purse and strappy metallic sandals. Her beachy blonde locks and oversize sunnies totally accentuated the bohemian look.

That dress is crazy short but how great does Whit look? love it!
