What Drove Lauren Conrad and Kyle Howard Apart

Kyle Howard loved Lauren Conrad -- but apparently not 'The Hills'.
After the uber-private couple of three years announced the end of their relationship last Friday, insiders explain in the new Us Weekly (out now) that Conrad's reality roots irked the former My Boys actor.
"He saw the relationship as distracting from his goal of being the next Robert De Niro," a source close to the My Boys alum tells Us. "He wasn't supportive of her career."
Howard, 33, was usually a no-show at his 25-year-old girlfriend's business-related events -- and similarly avoided time with Conrad's friends.
"All of her friends can count on one hand the amount of times they've seen him," sniffs the insider.
"Lauren is heartbroken" by the breakup, the pal adds. "She wants to be married and have kids."

I'll scan the article after I get my copy but personally it sounds like a lot of BS to me. Lauren has said numerous times how supportive Kyle was of her career and she also said she was way too young to even consider getting married right now.

Kristin Cavallari: Working Hard For the Perfect Bridal Body

Spotted: KCav rocking a Missoni bikini on Monday, June 27.
Kristin has been exercising hard with an array of gruelling workouts and kick-boxing sessions to snap her body into shape for her upcoming wedding to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. And judging by the look on Kristin's face yesterday, she is clearly pleased with the results.
With barely a scrap of make-up and her hair down loosely around her shoulders, the budding actress appeared to not have a care in the world as she jogged along the sand.
Oddly Kristin recently revealed she was not happy with her appearance while she was filming 'The Hills'.
She said she thought she looked 'fat' on the show in a recent interview, where she was discussing her bikini body and fitness regime.
'I remember filming The Hills and I saw a photo of myself in a bikini and thought I looked really fat, and I went on a crazy diet,' she told People magazine. 'It's hard when people judge you.'
Now at 5'3 1/2", Kristin weighs a lean 109lbs, the result of several work-out sessions with her trainer.
'I worked out with my trainer three times a week then did cardio on the treadmill for 40 mins. But the biggest thing for me was cutting out alcohol; when I'm hungover, I eat whatever I want,' she said.

Avril Lavigne Cozies Up to Ex Hubby Deryck Whibley

Avril Lavigne and a group of friends kicked back on a private yacht in the French Riviera this weekend, with bikinis and designer shades for some fun in the sun.
Paparazzi on the scene caught one rather surprising guest stepping on board for this weekend's party: Lavigne's ex-husband, Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley.
Lavigne, who married Whibley in 2006 and divorced him last year after a yearlong separation, was all smiles as she offered her ex a hello hug on the high seas.
Conspicuously absent? Lavigne's boyfriend Brody Jenner, who was nowhere to be seen.
Earlier this year, 31-year-old Whibley told PopEater he's feeling great these days about his friendship with his former wife, and those "irreconcilable differences" they cited at the time of their split. "We're on good terms now...I even produced some of the songs on her new album." Here's to the happy ex-couple!

Lo is pictured blowing bubbles and taking in the sounds before putting the finishing touches on her sister’s celebration by crowning her with a TAO tiara.
