Audrina Patridge feels better now that the restraining order against her alleged stalker has been extended.
A TMZ camera captured a smiling Patridge, 24, leaving the L.A. court.
"I feel safe," she said.
Patridge has claimed that Loring originally arrived at her door step to deliver wine, and then tried to hand her cards, drawings, poems and photos – one of which showed a woman being strangled.
He showed up again four days later, and Patridge called the cops who arrested him for trespassing.
On Wednesday, Patridge read one of the poems from the alleged stalker on the stand.
The judged called the evidence "quite disturbing," TMZ reports.
"It’s unfortunate that people who pursue careers in the public have to deal with these people," he said.
The restraining order also protects the reality show star’s brother Mark, since he lives with her.
