Getting prettied up with a stop at the salon, Whitney Port was spotted out in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (December 1).
Just ahead of tonight’s second season finale of “The City,” the 24-year-old MTV reality star strolled along past paparazzi on her way back home following a the day’s beauty session.

It's too bad that she smokes. Seems like all the City girls do...and they don't try to hide it either. It's such a nasty habit.
