Well we didn’t see this one coming: Today everyone’s talking about newly single stars Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner as a new couple — and now OK!’s got the inside details of their fresh romance! The twosome headed to Guys & Dolls last night in L.A. with Khloe Kardashian Odom and her hubby, Lamar Odom, for a double date.“Avril and Khloe didn’t seem like they were close friends, but they were definitely getting along and laughing. They were all dancing and taking pictures,” an insider dishes to OK!.
So were the non-married dates in that group just palling around? Hardly!
“Avril and Brody are definitely dating,” affirmed the source. “Avril sat on Brody’s lap, he held her hand and he had his other hand on her leg. They were drinking vodka and champagne. There were a bunch of Lakers stopping by their table but even after everyone else left, the four of them stayed until closing. Both couples left hand in hand.”
The twosome were spotted as far back as Feb. 4 at Koi and last week at Voyeur in L.A. Sounds like the real deal… at least for now! Brody split with girlfriend Jayde Nicole in December, while Avril filed for divorce from husband Deryck Whibley in October 2009.
