Video: Heidi Montag Reveals Her Plastic Surgery Regrets

Heidi Montag says that she feels "misled" by the plastic surgeon who radically transformed her body.
The blonde beauty says she has regrets about undergoing 10 procedures in one day, including breast implants, a brow lift, nose job and liposuction, and claims she would never have gone through with the treatment if surgeon Frank Ryan -- who died in a car accident in August -- had not persuaded her it wasn’t “excessive."
She said: "It's not who I am. It's something I did. It was a choice that I made, and I wanted other women and people to know, 'Yeah, I have insecurities and so does everyone, and this is what I did, and I don't want to lie about it, and I don't want to cover it up. I don't like lying. It's just not who I am. In retrospect, I do wish I never would have said anything.
“I wouldn't do it again. If I could go back, I wouldn't have had them. It was a lot harder, then I was led on by my doctor. I didn't know how excessive it really was.”
Despite her regrets, Heidi is grateful the surgery did not go wrong or leave her with any scarring.
She added to Entertainment Tonight: "It was a lot and I'm very thankful for how it turned out. It could have been disastrous."
Heidi -- who renewed her wedding vows with husband Spencer Pratt earlier this week -- recently admitted she feels “trapped” in her body because she doesn’t know if she would be able to find a surgeon able to correct the procedures carried out by her late doctor.
She said: "I feel trapped in my own body. There's just no fixing it. Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Did you notice she called Lauren "that girl!?" And how interesting to hear Heidi say she doesn't like to lie. Oh really...

  1. All she does is lie. First it was i love my Dr he did the best job ever. now it's my Dr misled me and I would never do this surgery again. Then there's the story where she was so miserable she was going to get her implants removed only to praise them 2 weeks later. Or going on about how much Dr Ryan meant to her and then blowing off his funeral and recent memorial service. Real class act that heidi! I
almost forgot the whole I almost died lie!! Dr Ryan is on tape saying her story was complete bullshit. I'm no Dr Ryan fan but for her to sling all this mud at him when he's 6 feet under is disgusting.

  2. "That Girl" WOA. I thought she loved Lauren & was dying to be her friend again at the time? It makes me think the whole show was fake to begin with. Even reading Lauren's "LA Candy" books, it sounds like the whole thing was scripted. I love the Hills, but for her to just say "That Girl" for all that Lauren did for her is sad!! :(

  3. Maybe they tell so many lies they can't keep them straight. In her L&S interview Heidi said her Bolthouse job was fake which made me think they've been lying to us from day one. Ick!

  5. Did Heidi really need someone to tell her 10 surgeries wasn't going to be a walk in the park? Put down the crack pipe dear it's called common sense!

  6. I'll defend her in that I've had plastic surgery consults and doctors do gloss over the recovery etc. I felt Dr. Ryan should not have performed all those surgeries and referred her to counseling. Sure she might have just gone elsewhere but 2 wrongs don't make a right. The surgeries he performed were unethical and I know many other doctors, one of which has already said, that they would not have done the surgeries. I think the plastic surgery community needs to be revamped. Just my opinion for which I'm entitled to. I do wonder if she is satisfied with the results, saying it could have been disasterous. I think her nose job is very Michael Jackson, and her entire face looks unfortunately distorted.
