Lauren Conrad Has a 'Giddy' Run-In with Ex Derek Hough

No awkwardness here!
Lauren Conrad had a pleasant conversation with ex Derek Hough during a night out at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood. The designer was fairly reserved, dancing occasionally to the music. But she seemed giddy when he approached her table around midnight, giving him a huge hug hello and touching his face with her hands. Though they were friendly throughout the evening, an onlooker says, "It didn't appear like they were rekindling anything romantically."
Also at the show: Miley Cyrus, who spent her night dirty dancing with her beau Liam Hemsworth. Before she arrived, the Aussie actor started his evening enjoying some quality time at the club with brother Chris Hemsworth. And Joe Jonas took in the show with his usual posse of guy friends.

Lauren Conrad and Derek Hough: It's Over!

Lauren Conrad is back on the single market, it has been reported. According to Life & Style, the former star of "The Hills" has ended her romance with "Dancing with the Stars" pro dancer Derek Hough after three months of dating.
Of the break-up, a friend of Lauren said, "Their relationship reached its peak. It was always casual." Agreeing that the pair's relationship never turned into a serious one, another source spilled, "She had fun with Derek - he used to send her cute texts and sing to her - but she always kept her options open."
A third source suggested that Lauren was on a rebound when dating Derek after she split from boyfriend of three years, Kyle Howard, in June, and the older brother of Julianne Hough knew it. "This was a rebound that wasn't going to last," so the source noted. "Derek never thought it would, either."
While it isn't clear when the two called it quits, Lauren was reported to be flirting with Chace Crawford when attending Matthew Morrison's Halloween party at West Hollywood's Voyeur on October 29. On the same night, Derek allegedly got cozy with "Celebrity Rehab" star Jennifer Gimenez.
Wetpaint Entertainment reported that Derek and Jennifer were first spotted together at a private Halloween party at the Standard in Hollywood, before heading to a second party at the Roosevelt hotel. An eyewitness dished, "He was all over her. He was dancing sexily with her and pulling her close. They were very touchy-feely. They looked like a lot more than just friends."

Ghosts Of Boyfriends Past Haunt Lauren Conrad On Halloween!

Well, this is … awkward.
According to Us Weekly, Lauren Conrad had an interesting run-in with an old flame last weekend while at Matthew Morrison’s October 29 Halloween party. She attended the soiree sans her new BF Derek Hough, which turned out to be a bad idea as she bumped into her ex-Kyle Howard, not once but twice while at Hollywood’s Voyeur nightclub.
A spy reports that the first time they ran into each other, LC “got flustered,” and book it to the bathroom so she wouldn't have to speak to him. Later in the evening, she found enough liquid courage to actually hold a conversation and even pose for pictures with him in a photo booth. Some time after that, she scurried off to flirt with Chace Crawford and an insider noted that Kyle "couldn't take his eyes off Lauren."
THEN, they reconnected AGAIN later that night at Shawn Pyfrom’s house party, notably sitting on a couch by themselves, talking and catching up.
Do we sense a change in the wind? Will these two find a way to make things work again? Has Derek Hough danced his last vertical tango with LC?

Lauren Conrad & Derek Hough Spotted Together Again

Despite looking very coupled up with Derek Hough on Saturday night Lauren told Hollyscoop, she’s flying solo, and sorry guys, she’s not looking for a relationship. “I’m newly single, and I plan on being that way for some time,” LC said.
Hollyscoop caught up with The Hills star turned author at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic Los Angeles event at Will Rogers State Historic Park in Los Angeles.
“I'm excited to attend the polo match with my best friend and meet guys,” Lauren told us. But just because she plans on staying single doesn’t mean she can’t look. When we pointed out the eye candy at the event, Lauren responded: “Good to know. That’s what we’re counting on.”
Lauren and Derek Hough were rumored to have started dating in September. Then, over the weekend, the two were spotted again at Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel, where she chatted with Derek and appeared to brush his hair and overall, act a little flirty. It just fueled the rumors even more. But along with Lauren, Derek has also denied that the two are in a relationship . To be fair, Lauren was also chatting with Mark Ballas at the Roosevelt. So it might actually be possible that guys and girls can talk to each other without being in a relationship. What do you think?

Derek Hough Addresses Lauren Conrad Romance Rumors

Derek Hough may have won the hearts of millions as a three-time mirrorball champion on “Dancing with the Stars,” but it appears there’s one lady whose heart he hasn’t conquered – Lauren “LC” Conrad.
On Friday, as Access Hollywood visited Ricki Lake and Derek’s “Dancing” rehearsal, to talk about their plans for Monday’s show, and Ricki’s transformation, which was documented in Us Weekly, the talk show host flipped to another page of the magazine – and an article on a rumored romance between Derek and LC.
“What’s the deal with this?” Ricki laughed.
“I don’t read these magazines,” Derek said.
“I think you guys would make a cute couple – if it were true,” Ricki said.
Derek then set the record straight.
“I hate to disappoint,” he told Ricki, shrugging off the report.

Lauren Conrad, Derek Hough Go Public With Romance!

Lauren Conrad and Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough have gone public with their romance! An insider tells the new Us Weekly -- on stands Friday -- that the reality stars have seen each other "a few times" since their first date in September.
Conrad, 25, and Hough, 26, headed to L.A.'s Sayers Club on Sept. 29. "They were very flirty," an eyewitness tells Us. "They were dancing and holding hands!"
A friend of Conrad's tells Us that the designer -- who split from Howard, 33, in June -- might be ready for a new long-term love. "It hasn't been easy moving on, but Derek has been sweet," says a friend. "They are having fun and seeing where it goes."

Are Lauren Conrad & Derek Hough Dating?

It sure looks that way!
Thursday night Lauren Conrad and Derek Hough were spotted sneaking out of Hollywood nightclub, Playhouse, in the early hours sparking rumours that the pair have become more than friends.
The 25-year-old former Hills star and the 26-year-old DWTS dancer left the club through a back door and stood together in the alley.
A sheepish looking Lauren kept her hand in front of her face while they waited for their cars and a security guard attempted to block people's view of the pair.
As they left, Derek stayed several paces behind Lauren.
The couple then left in separate cars.
Lauren has been single since her split from Kyle Howard in June after three years together.
Derek, meanwhile, was previously linked to Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole.
