Heidi Montag's 25th Birthday Celebration at Vanity Nightclub

How apt that plastic surgery queen Heidi Montag should hold her birthday party in a club called Vanity.
Looking the worse the wear, Heidi looks tipsy and much older in the skintight gold dress she donned.
The young blonde also seemed to have dark circles under eyes, and in a brief respite from carousing with Pratt to hold her cake, looked sad and contemplative.
Sweating Pratt didn't look any better.
The couple were hosting at the club in the Hard Rock Hotel ostensibly for Heidi, and tickets for the event ranged from $20 to $40.

Audrina Patridge Hosts Vanity Nightclub in Vegas

Audrina Patridge wasn’t fazed by VH1’s cancellation this week of her latest TV series when she partied at the Hard Rock Hotel yesterday. In fact, judging from her fun and festive attitude, she’s actually relieved about it.
Audrina said she’s ready to move on and away from any and all future reality TV shows and hopes that acting and TV hosting roles will be in the immediate future of her Hollywood showbiz career.
Drina was the picture of happiness as she posed for photographs and dined at the newly opened 35 Steaks + Martinis across the hall from the John Varvatos boutique at the Hard Rock.
Audrina came face to face in a stare down with The King of Desserts sundae -- and won! She devoured the chocolate silver guitar and chocolate gold crown Elvis Presley tribute dessert.
After 35 Steaks, she hit nearby Vanity to work off the calories and host a Labor Day Weekend party and was mobbed by crowds of fans
