Both blonds have been spotted recently in Fifteen Twenty’s gold sequin tank dress. While out to dinner with her sister, Paris accessorized her sparkly mini with a fur shrug, studded cuff and waist cinching belt. The Hills beauty however went bare legged and opted for minimal accessories to achieve an understated yet, sexy style.

I'm a huge Paris fan, but the top of her dress looks ... odd. And I hate it with black tights. Paris has always been the queen of over accessorizing. If moved to L.A. and became her friend, I would force her to knock it off. So, props to Steph, for wearing the dress beautifully!!
